Energy stocks lead an early decline on Wall Street

U.S. stocks are opening lower, led by declines in energy companies as the price of oil takes another turn lower. Chevron and Exxon Mobil were among the biggest decliners in the Dow Jones industrial average in the first few minutes of trading Wednesday.
