ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY As the Engineer, Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for training development, delivery, and organization of SES techical training classes. You will evolve SESs classroom and online training portfolio by adding further training modules, lesson planning, updating existing courses, and adding a testing and verification components.. Where rerquired, this role will develop oneoff bespoke training modules to meet specific customer requirements. Supported by training administration, this role will assist in the organization and administration of training delivery, organizing the training schedule, equipment availability, student documentation, classroom availability, etc. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Perform organizational administration to successfully deliver training, including sourcing and preparing equipmentsystems, reserving training location and training instructor Work closely with the training administrator to ensure coordinate logistics support Identify customer training needs and update training courses accordingly Develop and deliver training modules and refine existing modules as ndded Develop oneoff bespoke training courses as per customers specific requirements Develop, update and maintain standard student course material Develop testing modules to be added to each training course Assist training manager in developing and publishing a training schedule on quarterly basis Develop student certification modules aligned to the online and classroom training portfolio Provide a development interface with SESs online training development company Create online courses and upload to the SES Networks Learning Mmaagement System LMS Deliver training classes per the allocated schedule Perform quality control on all SESrelated technical training classes Additional tasks, responsibilities and projects as assigned by Line Manager YOUR COMPETENCIES Written and verbal communication Problemsolving Deliver at pace Selfmotivated Positive attitude Prioritization Team player Global cultural awareness YOUR PROFILE Bachelors degree in an telecommunications engineering discipline required education can be substituted for experience 7 years of telecommunications engineering experience required Satellite industry experience required Proficiency in English is required other languages advantageous Teaching Instructional qualifications preferred Advanced experience in MS Office package Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio required Moderate experience developing and delivering training required Mechanical VSAT installation and commissioning experience required WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
