The planned takeover of Houston-based Oiltanking Partners LP by pipeline giant Enterprise Products Partners LP has a new unitholders approval date set for February. Oiltanking investors can vote on the eve of Valentine's Day on Feb. 13 whether to approve the merger deal that was reached in November .
