Launched by Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) and m-ize, Inc. (m-ize), Equip Connect will help AEM member companies manage warranty, support, and service needs of their distributors, dealers, and end-user customers. This program, as shared hub, lets manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and customers exchange such transaction information as product registrations, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), pre-approvals, payments, and supporting data.
