June 2013 MCI-EFI shows increase in market confidence to 57.3, reflecting growing optimism despite moderate growth of business investment in equipment. Over next 4 months, 19.4% of executives believe conditions will improve, while 71% say conditions will not change. As for U.S. economic conditions, 22.6% expect improvement over next 6 months, while 25.8% think their company will increase spending on business development.
