Ericsson appoints Qureshi as chief strategy officer

(Telecompaper) Ericsson Group has appointed Rima Qureshi as its chief strategy officer. In her new position, Qureshi will lead the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy and activities. In addition, she will serve as chairman of Business Unit Modems. Rima Qureshi has been SVP and part of Ericsson's executive leadership team since 2010.
