Escaped inmate in St. Landry Parish

According to Opelousas Police, Theobegi Levier jumped out of a moving vehicle on the south side of the city, still handcuffed, after being captured by the Marshal's Office. Levier was wanted in connection with a shooting in Eunice Saturday night.
