Ex-Kilgore College employee files lawsuit against school

A former Kilgore College employee is suing the institution, claiming that his rights were violated under the Texas Whistleblower Act. Dalton Smith, the college's former physical plant coordinator, alleged in November of 2014 that the school had been unsafely and illegally removing asbestos for years .
