Gaetan Caron, a former chair of the National Energy Board chair, is a private consultant and is now advising Saint John on how to prepare for the Energy East regulatory hearings. It is hard to find evidence of a single member of the public who has been hurt in a pipeline accident, Caron, a former chair of the National Energy Board told Saint John councillors on Monday night.
