After 35 years at the helm of Delta Associates , the real estate research and consulting firm he launched in 1980 after leaving Gladstone Associates, Greg Leisch is moving on. One of the most recognizable and quoted experts in D.C.'s commercial real estate industry, Leisch has decided it is time to move on, he told me in an exclusive interview with the Washington Business Journal.
