Exclusive: Hines fires up new community near Exxon Mobil campus

Hines is developing lots for 310 home in its newest community, Laurel Park North, located near the new Exxon Mobil campus north of Houston. In April, the international real estate developer acquired 130 acres on the east side of David Wayne Hooks Memorial Airport, near FM 2920 and Stuebner Airline Road.
