Tesla Motors Inc. plans to complete renovations by March on a 33,750-square-foot sales, service and delivery center in north Orlando. You may not be able to see it from the outside, but high-performance electric car maker Tesla Motors Inc. has started interior buildout and plans to complete a new planned dealership in north Orlando in March.
