Featuring NEMA 7 and 9 operator panels as well as grounding provisions, explosionproof High Speed Dispersers (1–500 hp) are designed for hazardous environments. Control panel features Start, Stop, and Emergency Stop pushbuttons as well as speed potentiometer, digital readout for agitator speed, and 16 ft grounding clamp device. Saw-tooth blade turns at tip speeds up to ~5,000 fpm and creates vigorous flow low- to medium-viscosity formulations under 50,000 cps.
