Express warned on potential stock exchange delisting

US apparel retailer Express Inc has received notification that it is no longer in compliance with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) continued listing criteria, which require listed companies to maintain an average closing share price of at least US$1 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.
