A federal judge has ruled for Exxon Mobil in an environmentalist lawsuit that accused the company of ongoing clean air violations at its vast Baytown refinery. In an 80-page ruling filed Wednesday in Houston, U.S. District Judge David Hittner concluded that the environmentalist nonprofit groups Sierra Club and Environment Texas fell short of meeting their burdens of proof.
