Eyes on the Road: Oakwood seeking to widen road

Oakwood is seeking money to improve Old Oakwood Road in step with nearby Performance Foodservice Milton's plans to build a 521,135-square-foot warehouse. The City Council voted Monday night to try to get funding from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and the Appalachian Regional Commission for the construction.
