FAA Announces Aviation Safety Rating for Republic of Nicaragua.

As announced by FAA, Republic of Nicaragua complies with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) safety standards. Recently granted Category 1 status is based on June 2015 FAA assessment of safety oversight provided by Nicaraguan Institute of Civil Aviation (INAC). With International Aviation Safety Assessment (IASA) Category 1 rating, Republic of Nicaragua's air carriers can establish service to USA and carry code of USA carriers.
