U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx announced that the FAA has selected a team of universities to lead new Air Transportation Center of Excellence. Led by Washington State University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, COE team will explore ways to meet environmental and energy goals that are part of Next Generation Air Transportation System.
