U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx announced $331,653 FAA grant to Portland International Airport to reduce emissions and improve air quality by using alternative fuel vehicles at airport through FAA’s Voluntary Airport Low Emission program, which was implemented to help airport sponsors meet Clean Air Act responsibilities.
