FAA is proposing $51,651 civil penalty against All American Aviation Services, LLC for allegedly violating FAA drug and alcohol testing regulations. FAA alleges that All American allowed 8 employees to continue working in safety sensitive positions for more than 30 days after they were hired, even though company had not obtained drug and alcohol testing records from previous employers.
