FAA proposes $77,000 civil penalty against Unilever BestFoods, Inc. for alleged Hazardous Materials Regulations violations regarding November 8, 2012 shipment (via FedEx) to Bolingbrook, IL of leaking fiberboard box containing one pump bottle of flammable liquid styling spray and 3 aerosol cans of flammable gas hair spray.
