Federal Aviation Administration proposes civil penalties against 3 companies for allegedly violating Hazardous Materials Regulations. In each case, FAA alleges shipments were not accompanied by shipping papers to indicate hazardous nature of their contents and were not marked, labeled, or packaged in accordance with the Hazardous Materials Regulations. Proposed penalties against DGI Menard Inc., Aqua-Chem, Inc., and Rust-Oleum Corp range from $54,000 to $81,669.
