FCC begins to cave on the net neutrality issue

After a long and drawn-out battle to maintain net neutrality, it appears as if the Federal Communications Commission is throwing in the towel. FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler, a former cable company lobbyist, has penned a proposal that would allow ISPs to double dip on network access, and provide a "fast lane" for content providers willing to pay an extra fee.
