(Telecompaper) Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has called for new internet regulations to help companies like his keep harmful content off the internet. With Facebook struggling to keep up with calls to reform its policies, Zuckerberg called for a "a more active role for governments and regulators" to coordinate rules for the internet.
