Facebook, Twitter seek US TV streaming rights - report

(Telecompaper) Facebook and Twitter have held talks with major US broadcasters over rights to stream live television on their social networking platforms, The New York Post reported. Facebook has notably approached NFL to secure football content and Twitter has told broadcasters it can deliver a younger audience, the paper said without naming its sources.
