Fairfield commission to consider industrial buildings plan south of Budweiser plant

A public hearing will occur Wednesday on plans to develop two 430,500-square-foot industrial buildings on 43 acres along Cordelia Road south of the Anheuser-Busch plant - a project the city says will not have a significant effect on the environment. The concrete tilt-up buildings will be up to 45 feet tall and 460 parking spaces will be part of the proposed development.
