Family of Ecolab exec killed in derailment sues Amtrak

The family of the Ecolab Inc. executive killed in the Philadelphia Amtrak derailment has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit accusing the rail company of negligence and outrageous conduct. Gildersleeve, 45, was riding in the business class car, which was the first car after the locomotive and the hardest hit in the crash.
