As part of a new power CenterPoint Energy Betka Substation project, ECP Tech Services needed to construct a building to hold an electrical substation for its customer Hewlett Packard&mdash;and they needed it quick. <br /> <br /> ECP Tech Services contacted Lonestar Prestress Manufacturing, Inc.
