Designed for installing self-clinching fasteners, PEMSERTER® Series 4® integrates Optical Sensor Indicator to signal when safety is properly set for each job. OSI activates during set-up mode when press ram/punch is being adjusted onto workpiece prior to fastener installation. OSI changes from black to orange at exact point when safety is successfully engaged, eliminating potential for operator error.
