Combining self-clinching technology with round steel or stainless steel base plate, PEM® VariMount™ Fastening System offers ready-made assembly for mounting into composites, plastics, and metals. Multiple radial holes in base plate promote mounting of assembly, whether method is mold-in or laminate with layers, adhesives, standard fasteners, or spot welding. Holes are sized to accept universally standard diameters of rivets, self-clinching fasteners, nuts, bolts, and screws.
