FedEx to open distribution center at Verve Innovation Park in Jefferson County

A FedEx distribution center will be the first project to open in the 600-acre Verve Innovation Park in Jefferson County near Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. About 26 acres in the park was sold to SunCap Property Group for $5 million, according to commercial brokerage firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank , which handled the transaction.
