Federal judge rules lawsuit against Dow Chemical, CEO can proceed

A federal judge has ruled a lawsuit against Dow Chemical and its CEO Andrew Liveris can proceed. U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Ludington has denied a motion by the company, which asked to dismiss the whistleblower lawsuit filed by former Dow employee Kimberly Wood.
