Ferrellgas plans $837.5M acquisition

Overland Park-based Ferrellgas Partners LP has an agreement to buy a Dallas crude oil midstream logistics provider for $837.5 million. Bridger Logistics LLC provides end-to-end logistics, including trucking, terminaling, pipeline, rail and maritime throughout North America, Ferrellgas said in a release Monday.
