Suited for inspection of SMT devices, YSi-V 5M comes equipped with 5 MP cameras and offers 2D automated optical inspection (AOI) functionality as standard. Machine can also be upgraded to 3D capability, and 4D capability is attained by employing 4 additional off-axis cameras along with main downward looking camera. This enables components to be inspected at 5 different angles for increased object visibility around nearby components. All 5 images can be later recalled at repair station.
