The Columbus Airport Commission will conduct a triennial crash exercise on Tuesday, May 5.The commission is required by federal regulation to stage the crash of a commercial aircraft with passengers to test the response as well as the command and control functions both of the Airport and its mutual aid organizations.The exercise is conducted every three years to test the Airport's Emergency Plan.Kickoff for the exercise is Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. and will run until completed on the Columbus Airp...
