Howard Hughes Corp. is planning to start work on a 200,000-square-foot office building in what's going to be called the Merriweather District. Howard Hughes Corp. is getting closer to a solid plan for what's long been known as the Crescent property behind Merriweather Post Pavilion and has begun marketing the site to potential retailers.
