SEOUL/SYDNEY/HONG KONG, March 11 Fitch Ratings has downgraded South Korea-based LG Electronics Inc.'s Long-Term Foreign- and Local-Currency Issuer Default Ratings and senior unsecured ratings to 'BBB-' from 'BBB'. The Outlook is Stable.
