Operating at 10.64 GHz with external 100 MHz reference oscillator, SFS10640H-LF features typ phase noise of -98 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. Single-frequency synthesizer delivers typ output power of 3 dBm with VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc while drawing 90 mA typ and PLL voltage of 3 Vdc while drawing 45 mA typ. Features also include -30 dBc typ second harmonic suppression and -65 dBc spurious suppression. Supplied in 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.22 in. SFS-L1 package, product operates over -40 to +85°C range.
