Measuring 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.22 in., SFS12000H-LF generates output signal at 12 GHz while fixed to external 100 MHz reference oscillator. X-Band PLL is enhanced by phase noise performance of -98 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and -103 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. Delivering nominal output power of 0 dBm into 50 Ω load, RoHS-compliant product operates with 5 Vdc VCO supply while drawing 85 mA typ and 3 Vdc PLL voltage while drawing 40 mA typ.
