Flagler Beach city manager will not seek new contract

Flagler Beach City Manager Bruce Campbell will not renegotiate his three-year contract when it expires on Nov. 9, but he offered to remain in the position until a replacement is hired. "I'm not resigning, I'm just saying I'm not renewing my contract," Campbell said Friday.
