Delivering long-term flexibility while reducing tool change time, QuickFlex® provides ER collet chuck and quick change system in one toolholder. Base unit, offered in straight (radial) or right angle (axial) configurations, lets operator clamp tools directly into ER collet of toolholder; no additional adapter is necessary. Available for turning centers using BMT-style toolholders, product can accommodate additional tooling types using QuickFlex adapters mounted directly into base unit.
