Working as part of the Operations Group TELECOM at one of our Space Clients in Germany. The role responsibilities include working for the Space Operations department for development projects, preparation LEOP , GTO , IOT , routine operations Tasks Development of documentation e.g. Operation Handbooks, IOT plan Commissioning Plan Development of flight procedures Testing and Validation of flight procedures Analysis and clarification of technical operational problems Technical support for ground control and operational deployment of customers. Participation in conference calls or reviews with customers and subcontractor to operational developments and acceptance activities e.g. SCC, Ground Software Systems Technical support and expert support for the LEOP and IOT subcontractor Review and analysis of documentation and work products of the subcontractor Support in the development of the platform and payload IOT Technical clarification of operational issues with the Satellite subsystem and system engineers Participation in the preparation of operator training material Participation in the development of TM and TC implementations Support for project reviews Processing of Action Items in the development processes Use of engineering and configuration management tools e.g. DOORS, Eclipse Sapienza, Redmine, etc. Expertise and experience Experience in Space Operations Development in an international environment Practical experience in basic LEOP, IOT, commissioning, routine operation, ideally for GEO satellites, and ideally also in GTO mode Desirable at least 5 years working experience in space operations, development and or implementation Knowledge of the relevant ECSS
