In the wake of the publication of a new state report , the chairperson of the Michigan Democratic Party says blame for the Flint water crisis still falls on Gov. Rick Snyder. Mays says the report is an honest assessment of the situation, but still firmly believes Snyder should lose his job, whether by resignation or recall, because of his actions.
