Fabricated using GaAs process which provides full passivation, Model MAVR-000120-1411 is designed for tuning capacitance in 2–12 V range. Low parasitic capacitance and inductance allow for operation up to 30 GHz. Featuring package-less design with contacts that allow for standard solder reflow manufacturing, constant gamma device is suitable for police radar, electronic warfare, and aerospace/defense applications.
