A flood project that is expected to continue for a few more years will be causing some to lose power for several hours Wednesday. "Due to the construction, the city's gonna shut the power off at about 10 a.m. and we don't know exactly when they're going to turn it back on," said Nolan Storey, manager at Village Coffee.
