Flowers Foods to acquire certain Hostess bread brands

Flowers Foods, a US-based producer of packaged bakery foods, has signed two agreements to purchase certain bread brands, bakeries and depots from Hostess Brands, the bankrupt producer of bakery products, for $390m.
