Encompassing batch and continuous applications, VIBRO-BED™ employs spraying system that introduces moisture to powdered material as it is fluidized and dried, forming agglomerates on controlled basis. Fluid bed chamber, equipped with imbalanced weight gyratory motors and mounted on spring suspension, vibrates as column of heated air flows upward through fine-mesh screen, causing particles to separate and become airborne as they are sprayed with liquid.
