Designed to be spectrally aligned with output of LED light engines, LED Fluorescence Filter Sets come in single-band, full, and Pinkel multiband configurations. LED-DA/FI/TR/Cy5-4X-A was designed in particular for use with DAPI, FITC, TRITC, and Cy5 in Pinkel quad-band configurations, with quad-band beamsplitter and quad-band emitter, plus 4 no-burn-out single-band exciters that are mounted in LED based light source.
