Forecast for 2016 sees slower D-FW real estate, fewer job gains

The pullback in activity will result from slower job growth next year, Dr. James Gaines, chief economist with the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, told real estate agents meeting Friday in Richardson. "If there is anybody out here that's not really doing really good, I'm surprised," he said.
