Forecaster: Buckhead following Midtown's lead

Once the epicenter of the metro Atlanta economy, Buckhead is now taking a back seat to Midtown. That was the message from Rajeev Dhawan, Ph.D., director of the Economic Forecasting Center at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, during Wednesday's quarterly Economic Forecasting Conference.
